We therefore encourage you to make the most of your academic journey by advancing your skills, adhering to university regulations, and actively engaging in scientific, cultural, and student activities. Let ambition and diligence be your path toward realizing your goals.

I also extend my sincere gratitude and appreciation to our faculty and staff for their relentless efforts in fulfilling their academic and administrative mission. I urge everyone to continue working in the spirit of teamwork to elevate academic and administrative performance, thereby reinforcing the stature of our college and fulfilling its scientific and societal objectives.

On this occasion, we reaffirm our commitment to providing an inspiring and safe university environment, nurturing student talents, fostering scientific research and innovation, and keeping pace with global advancements in technology, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation, in alignment with the directives of our university and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

In conclusion, I pray to Almighty Allah to grant our students success and distinction throughout their new academic year, to guide our faculty and staff in fulfilling their noble mission, and to safeguard our beloved Iraq with enduring security, stability, and prosperity.
